Unfortunately this property is zoned R-5 despite this and will need the City of Battle Ground to re-zone or approve with conditions certain elements of this project. Unity is requesting from the seller a 60 day period for a feasibility study and ecological impact study. Considering It’s current and surrounding usages, previous conversations and encouragement from representatives from the planning division, we are hopeful the City of Battle Ground will be supportive of our proposed project on this property.
